How Niva Living collects, uses, and shares information from people who visit this site. Last updated 2026-05-29.
What we collect
Almost nothing. Niva Living is a static reading site. We do not run analytics scripts, third-party advertising trackers, social-platform pixels, or session replay. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically logs visit metadata — IP address, browser type, the page you visited, the date and time — for standard operational and security purposes. Those logs are kept on Cloudflare's infrastructure and we do not export or analyze them.
What we don't collect
We do not run cookies. We do not have an email newsletter sign-up form (yet). We do not have a comment system. We do not have a search box that logs queries. Nothing on this site reads from or writes to your browser storage.
If you write to niva@nivaliving.com, your email and any reply chain are kept in the Niva Living mailbox for as long as the correspondence is active. We do not share them with anyone, do not import them into any CRM, and do not put you on any list.
Sponsored content & outbound links
When you click a link to a sponsor's website (clearly labeled in the article body), you leave Niva Living and enter that sponsor's site. Their own privacy practices apply from that point forward. Sponsors do not see who you are or what you read before clicking through unless they themselves run tracking on the destination page.
Your rights
If you have written to us and want a copy or deletion of the email thread, write to niva@nivaliving.com with "Data Request" in the subject. We will respond within 30 days. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have additional rights under state law — same email.
Do not sell my info
We do not sell information. There is no opt-out form because there is nothing being sold to opt out of.
